I am looking for an experienced Freelancer to create a fraud detection system for me using Neo4j. This system will be used to detect fraudulent transactions and provide accurate predictions for risk management.
WORK: Select a credit card dataset and detect fraud rings using cypher query language. Then with the same dataset, choose 3 or 4 graph algorithms and compare the accuracy of these graph algorithms in Neo4j. Algorithm which is giving more accuracy, predict fraudulent transactions with this algorithm.
Milestones:
1) Detecting fraud rings using Cypher query language
2) choose 3 or 4 graph algorithms and compare the accuracies in Neo4j. Predict fraudulent transactions using graph algorithm giving highest accuracies
NOTE: Prediction should be done in Neo4j itself and for both milestones dataset should be same.
