Position: Native Vietnamese Voice Tester & Localization Translator Type: Ongoing Freelance / Remote Project: AI Voice Product About the Role We are looking for native Vietnamese speakers to join our AI voice project. You will be responsible for phone testing, localization translation, and messaging connectivity checks to ensure our product meets the needs of Vietnamese users. Responsibilities • Phone Testing: Conduct AI/human outbound call testing, assess voice quality, Vietnamese pronunciation accuracy, and natural conversation flow • Localization Translation: Translate product content between Vietnamese and English/Chinese, ensuring cultural appropriateness and linguistic accuracy • Messaging Testing: Perform voice and SMS connectivity checks on messaging platforms Requirements • Native speaker of Vietnamese, proficient in English • Detail-oriented with good analytical skills • Stable internet connection and smartphone • Available for ongoing freelance work (flexible schedule) • Prior experience in translation, voice recording, or QA testing is an advantage
