eCommerce Facebook Ads Manager / Media Buyer -- 2

We have a digital marketing agency in Montreal Canada and we’ve been helping real estate agents get more clients, but our agency is starting to move into the e-commerce space and so from now on, we will only be helping e-commerces scale through Facebook ads.

About the Job:

We’re looking for a Facebook ads manager to join our team and deliver amazing results to our ecom clients. We already have someone taking care of the creatives, so if this is not your strength, don’t worry. As our Facebook ads manager, you will work with us on a per client basis and be responsible for the following tasks:

*Full reign over Ecommerce & Info Product clients' Facebook Ad accounts

*Brief account auditing to facilitate client acquisition process (only for clients who show strong interest and are near the close)

*In-depth research process using clients' past ads, data, audience insights, and competitors' ads, and if applicable, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar platforms

*Mapping out a customer-centric Facebook Ads funnel that retargets the full spectrum of warm and hot traffic

*Setting up all ads, including advanced copywriting and segmenting audiences appropriately

*Clear testing structure with minimum thresholds for all applicable KPIs

*Daily campaign optimization

*Scaling accounts sustainably and aggressively with a minimum 2x+ ROAS on TOF, and minimum 4x - 8x+ ROAS on MOF and BOF.


You must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this job:

*Experience setting up, launching and managing effective Facebook campaigns

*Proven track record in the ecom niche that you’re able to prove by sharing your screen during our call held on Zoom. If needed, I can sign a non-disclosure agreement.

*Understanding of ads, funnels, conversions, split testing, copywriting and scaling campaigns

*Ability to check on client campaigns and report results into a Google Spreadsheet daily

*Be fluent in English (If you speak French as well, this is a bonus, but not mandatory)

*Be opened to a long-term working relationship

Communication requirements:

*Daily (Monday to Friday) updates of 1-2 sentences through Slack to keep me in the loop for each client

*We will have a quick weekly call to discuss how each client is going

*You must be present on the onboarding calls with new clients and be able to record quick reporting Loom videos biweekly for existing clients to discuss what has been done and the next steps ahead

Finally, you must have solid case studies of eCommerce clients you’ve personally run ads for in the past (4x ROAS or above, account-wide) and be comfortable referencing them to potential clients as we grow together. We have our own that we utilize regularly, but having more case studies with established brands will always stand to benefit all of us in closing larger clients.


Pay is on a client-by-client basis. Your monthly payment can range from $500 - $1,200 per client, PAID TO YOU UP FRONT.

You WILL get plenty of opportunities for client work - I put 100% into making sure my team has actual clients to take on. That said, there has to be a mutual understanding that the more we keep each other in the loop, work together, and strive for a deeper understanding of each other's systems & processes, the faster we all grow.
