We're a virtual accounting firm looking for an admin assistant to manage client inboxes and corresponding communication. Triage emails and allocate them to the correct employee or task management software to be dealt with. A Bookkeeping/Accounting background is necessary as this person will ideally be able to handle some of the requests.
