Certified Accountant or Business Lawyer for limited (OOD) company in Bulgaria for an urgent project

I am looking for a Certified Accountant or a Business Lawyer for limited (OOD) company in Bulgaria for an urgent small and simple project with an option for a long-term cooperation. My company needs an expert to complete the process for changing the registered address of a 5-years old OOD company that moves to another location in the country. I am familiar with the process, the necessary work, the required forms and the time needed for that changes. It's a not a big deal for an experienced lawyer specialized in corporate law or a good lawyer with a few years of experience in incorporation and other procedures for an OOD as well as for an certified accountant. It's a big deal for all others and of course for directors or shareholders with Elementary or Intermediate knowledge of Bulgarian language (based on CEFR standard or Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). As soon as this task/ small project is completed successfully, we will be able to discuss further for a long-term cooperation for the same company and another one (EOOD) that needs similar changes, including business name change. Bulgarian must be mother tongue, native or at least advanced level with specialized business terminology. Register fees, governments fees, and other expenses will be covered in advance (in cash, deposit or money transfer) and are NOT part of the projects' compensation/ business fee for the actual work that need to be done.
