I manage a real estate brokerage team. I'm looking for a bookkeeper that's proficient in Quickbooks online and knows how to do project accounting. I need to be able to track my expenses for each of my transactions as well as track my income and expenses (overhead and by deal). You'll need to reconcile the credit card statements every month, assign expenses to each listing, and attach the receipts to the expenses (when we have them). Access to all of the available data will be through a DropBox folder. I have a CPA that does the taxes so that is not needed. I just want to do a better job controlling and managing expenses and understand where we're making money (or not) on a per transaction basis.
