I have 2 Australian PTY LTD companies that I'm looking to engage a bookkeeper for. They must be proficient with Quickbooks Online, where we have accounts set up for both businesses.
They need to have an Accountant Quickbooks profile already created and I'll add you to the companies on Quickbooks. Then email through to you our expenses for the last few years for entering into the software. At present the companies don't have any revenue but quite a lot of expenses.
I will probably also need them to have some knowledge about the Australian tax system including GST and BAS statements etc. Because they're also going to create our Income Statements, Profit / Loss and Balance Sheets.
This is probably going to be an ongoing role.
