I need a basic easy to use admin panel built for a single html page. I need the site owner to be able to update a 350W x 450H pixel or larger image on the page whenever necessary. I will also need the owner to be able to update a small paragraph of text on the page at some point. The text will need to maintain the css presets. I will send a link to the page to serious inquiries only. Choose whichever language you think will make this work. This needs to be done quickly. No generic messages please.
