Cross platform - Excel to SQL using SOAP

I have an Excel spreadsheet that needs to be inputted into our SQL database using SOAP. The SOAP messages have already been written and tested (See attachment). From Excel, I need to automatically populate (batch) the messages with customer information in each row from Excel and check if the information against our SQL data. If the data does not match and the SOAP response says the submitted info does not match, the customer needs to be added to a dump file so we can see why it failed. With a successful completion of this project, another project that involves ASP and the same SQL databases is going to begin.
