want to add few features to admin panel and frontend of osclass classfiieds script

want to get started rightaway and go step by with the points. if you are able to make it with confidence. 1. add feature to admin where admin can delete a user and assign data to another user or delete with data (as discussed_) 2. auto ads refresh / relist (as discussed_) , admin will choose all site ads or specific users ads or specific categories ads after specific time after minutes/hours/days etc. 3. widget control . i mean admin should be able to add data/links/announcements etc to any part of widgets in all pages widget areas header/footer/ sidebars/middle of listing pages/bottom of item details/ users dashboard etc. 4. auto user registration. admin should have the option to enter bulk emails and site should auto register those emails owners as users to site and send them email notification with username and password and site link. 5. auto publish to twitter and fb page etc 6. show new data/ads on front end without refreshing the page as ajax also site users and ads counter should be shown as realtime without refreshing it. 7. need to include quick question and answers section / forum in frontend where users can help each other by questioning and answering to eachothers. 8. need chatrooms for users category wise where buyers and users can join to make direct deals. users will be able to join chatrooms and can start 1 to 1 chat for specific deal in private chat. premium users will be able to join the chatrooms with extra features such as audio video call screen sharing group call etc all chatrooms features can be sent in details , chatrooms should be full with advanced features 9. all over design overlook and do some required changes in design. like home page page, searchboxes, new post page design footer design etc [login to view URL] fb page to take idea about the site and it's features.
