WPML configuration

WPML is already installed on the Maya shop theme with woocommerce. I need it configuring as per [url removed, login to view] so that it is ready for me to start adding product categories and products etc. The maya theme and woocommerce are easy to navigate but the set up of WPML is beyond me
The bits I need are the back end stuff:-
check that the site’s language contents are organized properly
Set the .mo files or the WPML String Translation.
Set the sticky links
WPML assure me that this isn't a big or difficult job hence I've posted it as a micro project but I'm prepared to be told otherwise
