Documentation of App using WordPress populated by RSS feeds.

I have an existing application for iPhone, Android, and Windows (written using PhoneGap) that allows users to view by category WordPress posts once they are published. These posts are automatically populated from RSS feeds and manually assigned a category.
The app has 3 main screens Home (showing the 4 categories), List (summary Post info), and Post details (which has a selection box to send an email requesting further info), along with the usual feedback and social media links.
I am looking for a technical person to create system documentation in Microsoft Word®: WireFrame, specification, code listings, and administrator/user guides. The winner MUST be someone who knows how to code as I also want suggestions/proposals for improvement – for example, adding a first time only authentication (a sort of sign-in) to the installation, “archiving” of older posts, automatically assigning categories to selected RSS feeds (not all feeds have a clear category definition), etc.
Please provide suitable documentation examples of apps you have created (bonus points to those using WordPress, PhoneGap, and RSS synchronisation).
Further coding work for a second similar app is expected for the right candidate.Get free quotes for a project like this
