Not sure if this can be done but we started building a wordpress site in English, with the wordpress back end also in English, and we have a Spanish translate button on the home page. We have realised we have made the wrong choice and actually want to do it the other way around ie: Have the website in Spanish and an English translate button. Should make sense to someone who knows wordpress
