Hi, I have a website hosted locally using Apache, Mysql and PHP (MAMP) running on OSX 10.7.5. This website exists and is not part of the project. This server will not connect to the internet. I will broadcast the server via WIFI and allow people to connect to it. I would like anyone who connects to the server to be able to type any address in their browser and be directed to my locally hosted webpage ([login to view URL]) There will not be the possibility of applying any configuration on the clients. So the concept is similar to a Captive Portal, but the host will not be connected to the internet and I do not need any authentication. (I will handle login via the webpage) The solution must be self contained. I do not want to pay for third party software or hardware Thanks in advance

I have achieved the same setup couple of times on Linux with transparent squid proxy[transparent means no changes required on client end]. If you want i can setup on Mac too.
