Creating Symantec Ghost Image of a USB 3.0 laptop

We regularly image hard drive of laptops so that image can be deployed on other laptops with identical configuration. We have received a new Dell laptop (Latitude E5470) which needs to be imaged. We did identical steps to create ghost image USB as we have done in the past with other laptops. However, this USB is not detected from the Ghost interface in the laptops on which the image is to be deployed. It may be a USB 3.0 issue. Local freelancer (Los Angeles) preferred. Our IT expert is not available these days, and I need to resolve this within a day or so. Hence, I am posting it online.
