Bandwidth Aggregation

i need 2 software (multiplexer and demultiplexer network packet) here they goes, [camera]-->[video server]-->[client gateway]-->(isp1, isp2, isp3,...)--->[internet]--> [destination gateway]---> [camera viewer] for example: video server send 1 mega bytes udp packet to camera viewer ip address client gateway split 1 mega bytes packet into (for example) 3 packets (@333kbps). and send packet 1 via isp1, packet 2 via isp2 and packet3 via isp3 to destination gateway via internet destination gateway combine packet1, packet2, packet3 into 1 packet and send it to camera viewer. if any packet come from camera viewer, destination gateway split packet into 3 packets and send it to client gateway client gateway combine 3 packet and send it to video server please make your quotation to my email
