Allow IIS to access a trusted certificate in Windows Server 2008

Hi, I am a senior engineer with 8 years experience. I am an expert in Windows servers, and i have secured several website in IIS with certificates. Can you send me a screen shot from the certificate in the administrator account? I need to verify if you have the private keys for the certificate?

I know exactly what your problem is, the certificate has to be placed in the correct store and assigned to the proper port/binding in IIS
