Create Specs for Optimization Process (Math Intensive)

You will require a high level of skill in math and applied math for this project. The math to be used is NOT advanced, but comfort with operations on n-dimensional data sets, calculus, statistics, data mining, and mathematical programming using (Matlab, Mathematica, et cetera) will be helpful. The math required does not go beyond calculus. In your bid, please describe your mathematical background and your background as it applies to this project. The purpose of the optimization system will be to analyze traffic patterns on my website in order to display the optimal advertisement to each user. (I cannot use AdSense because my users will be very niche and valuable, and Google will not adequately understand my site's content.) The project will proceed as follows: (1) I will speak with you over skype to explain the optimization process I have roughly designed. (2) Over subsequent conversations, we will resolve any inconsistencies and gaps in the optimization process. (3) You will document the optimization process in mathematical language. (4) You will recommend the programming language to be used in developing the optimization process. (5) You will convert the mathematical documentation into technical specifications that can be used by a software developer. (6) We will decide whether or not you will develop the software yourself.
