So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Saturday Feb 4, 2012 5:32:56 PM: I cancelled this project in November, and recently re-opened it revising it slightly to make it simpler. Below are the basic instructions for the address finder ("AF"). If you are still interested and available, respond and I will forward an example of the spreadsheet. Also, I don't think it's that difficult and expect that it should be done in under a week. Thanks. 1. AF will be given an .xls sheet with approximately 2000 rows with columns for First name, middle name, last name, date of birth, state, town, zip. 2. AF will take (a) First Name; (b) Last Name and (c) State, in each row and enter it into [login to view URL] (there is going to have to be some conversion b/c the spreadsheet has abbreviations - PA=Pennsylvania, NJ=New Jersey, etc.) 3. Zabasearch will most likely return a number of results (if the name is extremely unique, then there will only be one result - and the formatting will be different, you will need to account for this...) 4. AF should then search results for the text next to most names "Born [Month] [Year]" found on each entry, if the entry has a matching month and year as to the DOB row on the spreadsheet (again the format is going to have to be modified in the program as the DOB in the spreadsheet is formatted 12/23/70), the (a) street address (to the left of "Neighborhood and Property Report") and the (b) town, state, zip and phone should be scraped and recorded onto newly created columns in the output spreadsheet. 5. AF should record the street address (e.g. "25 Main St."), the Town, State, and zip codes, each in a different cell. 6. AF should then take each of the addresses found and enter it into [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] 7. Multiple names should be listed under the address. I would like the names scraped as well in cells adjacent to the address scraped off of zabasearch.
