Access bassed calender planner

I need a calender/planner application for use on access and also must be fully compatible with access runtime as some of the machines do not have the full MS access, only runtime This will be a 2 part application, part one will be the aplication part that will be on 5 different users PCs? and part 2 will be backend with the linked tables which will be on our server so that the front end part can be used by multiple users on different PCs at the same time. ## Deliverables I need a calender/planner application for use on access and also must be fully compatible with access runtime as some of the machines do not have the full MS access, only runtime This will be a 2 part application, part one will be the aplication part that will be on 5 different users PCs and part 2 will be backend with the linked tables which will be on our server so that the front end part can be used by multiple users on different PCs at the same time. The application must be able to do the following: On application startup, the user be able to select themselves from a dropdown list more than one event must be able to be added to each day/date. Events must be able to be catagorised by type, eg: Holiday/ Meeting / Lunch / doctors appointment etc.. colour highlights would help with this, maybe a seperate table for event types Individuals must be identifiable such as fred had appointment with Doctor, fred? is on holiday from x to xx, so I can search/ veiw report on Fred only, again table? for individuals Must have weekly/monthly planner view. Planner view must update from backend at set intervals, such as, if user 1 adds an event, it will show on user 2s planner without user 2 having to do anything Tables must be fully normalised Must be fully compatible with Access Runtime Must be able to generate weekly reports on either user, event type, date range, individuals
