C# class to create a PDF

I have a simple form in Word Format. I need a class to generate the same form in PDF using c#. It's mandatory to use the itextSharpLibrary since we already are using it in the project. I give you the form in Word and the data structure as 3 simple C# data classess. You can find this material in the attachment. I also enclose a class called [login to view URL] where you can find how I want to build the PDF: a method called Start() will populate the data structure, then a method called CreatePdf() gets the path to save the pdf and the data. You have to write this method. When your bid is accepted I can send you also the code we used to generate other forms. I think it's a bit too complicated and I would like to have something simpler, since the form is very simple. but you can use it for your reference. Inside the word document you'll find some notes in red. Two parts of the forms are "1...n", this means they could be repeated n times. In the data structure you'll find I used a list to describe them. I need to write the same code for two other forms (and maybe more), so if you start working with me probably I'll have more work for you shortly. Please contact me to ask any question, but I expect most of the things should be clear just reading the enclosed classes, and you are an expert of C# and already used iTextSharpLibrary or similar. Please comment your code and write it VERY CLEAR. ## Deliverables The deliverable is just the class, but I need a sample application to test it. Create a Visual Studio 2008 project (Window Based) with just a button to create the PDF of c:\ When user presses the button the application should populate the data structure with some fake data and generate the pdf using your class. I don't need an user interface to populate the fake data, just populate it in the code.
