Convert complicated Word 2003 templates with macros into Word 2010 (native)

I have a series of 7 (seven) Word 2003 templates that work just fine. However, they struggle on Word 2010 64 bit and Excel 2010 64 bit (it calls Excel to create graphs). They also uses XML to store data but I think doesn't do this cleanly (i.e. it treats the XML as text rather than using the proper control). I would live the templates to work in Office 2010 (not compatibility mode) and would like to use the correct controls for XML (to make future editing easier). I am looking for a VBA developer to do this work and potentially develop other templates in the future. A long term mutually beneficial relationship is desirable. ## Deliverables Attached is one of the seven templates.
