Correct issue with Delphi project

Introduction: We have an existing Delphi project. This project has two programs that play sound files. The DSPack component is used for playing sound. Delphi Version: Delphi XE. Problem: The output sound has different volume for each program (one program is louder and one program is softer) - even though they use the same volume level setting. Expectation: Find in the code where the problem is and fix the issue, so that both programs have same volume during playback.
