I require a plugin to be integrated into Wordpress website that asks customers to enter two different voucher code numbers and then press submit. The data captured needs to be able to be exported into a CSV file or excel. And once the customer presses submit I want a prompt to be given "When registering please use the code PREPAID in the gifts and promotions field at checkout"
