Dear Sir or Madam: I need for you to look at one of my sites from a customer’s eyes. Look at each and every function from the window/outside so to speak. This is a somewhat of a detail site on the inside. But I do not think that it works right it seems to be too complex for the user. Plus, the overall look is not to my liking. With that said give me ideas to 1. Improve 2. What problems, or dislikes do you have. What makes you better than the last person that did this but it still has problems?
