I want something very much like phpfox or Socialengine but without all the bugs and security issues.
I want my users to be able to upload their videos from their phone or pc/Mac. The videos will need to be hosted locally and limited to 3mins or less to save server space. (unless you can show me a better solution)
The site needs a modern look and feel to it... Not something that looks 10 years old!
This site will thrive on the videos that are uploaded and shared across other platforms and a forum where members can display and discuss these videos.
It is a must that the uploading and sharing of these videos be as easy and painless as possible!
I need a freelancer that understands that I am starting with a small budget but am building this site for a niche market that will grow fast and with growth will come more work and more income for the person/team that I choose.
