I have a simple PSD file that I need converted to a responsive bootstrap3 based web page. Should take no longer than 2-3 hours to complete as I've had another developer convert the other similar PSD's within this time. Best bid wins. You must be able to start immediately. Poor quality code / responsiveness will not be accepted, so please ensure you are confident you can do this before bidding.
