Convert a PSD To a Wordpress Template

I need a PSD converted to a Wordpress theme and include all plugins/functionality to meet the desired requirements. There are 7 different page templates (attached).
A few things to note:
- Must be fully responsive
- Parallax scrolling
- Animated CSS
- Sticky navigation
- You must fully check your work before telling me it is done (double check you have met all items listed in the attached document)
I have a complete document attached noting special functionality needed for each template/page. Also attached are the page designs (some items have been blurred out to protect the client name/info).
I will provide a fully layered PSD to the winning bidder.
Do not bid if you can't meet all functionality requirements as outlined.
If it's obvious you can't read instructions, then I won't consider your bid and it will be deleted. If you can read instructions, you will tell me how many page templates are needed to be coded in your response to me with your bid.
I prefer to work with an agency/company who can provide real examples of work that is similar to the criteria/functionality needed. If you can't provide examples (links) and I have to ask for them, your bid will be deleted.
Ask any questions you may have. I would like to hire someone ASAP and would like this to be completed by the end of the week (Jan 29).
