Convert 6 PSD Templates to a Wordpress Website

Hi,
We have 6 PSDs that need converting to HTML and integrating within Wordpress.
The majority can remain standard HTML / code however we would like full integration with the following:
Blog Roll (Post Extract, Author, Image, Date)
Blog Simple (Post, Author, Image, Date, Similar Blogs using tags)
Home Page - Recent Projects... Projects should be able to be pushed via Wordpress Admin plugin
Project Page (Photos) - Projects should be pushed by WordPress Plugin
Contact Page & Contact Footer - Contact Form via Wordpress Plug in
Menu Nav - Should be editable via Wordpress if possible
