Cloudy-VPS

Hi, I need a web design, it's a user panel for VPS selling / renting. It's a french website. [login to view URL] for more details. I need a PSD / XCF file. I don't want the design to be cut. It must be done with Photoshop or Gimp. The design must be possible to code ^^. Here what I need on this design : - A navigation bar (links: "Gestion", "Offres", "Mon compte", "Support", "Déconnexion", it may changes. Just do 6 links maximum. - A left side menu, should be extensible in high. - The logo (look on the files or create one that looks the same) - Maybe a footer ? Just for copyright and some other stuff. - A content part. It must be at least extensible in high. I can't pay more than $50. So bids > $50 will not be taken. I need screenshots (even if it's not completed). If the design don't please to me, You have to change it like I ask you ^^. Just put Lorem Ipsum text to fill the content ^^. And I think that's all.
