Build a high converting, lead generating landing page for ebook download

We would like to create a HIGH CONVERTING, LEAD GENERATING landing page with downloadable free ebook through Mailchimp. The landing page needs to include the following: The Dating Report logo - see attached Video call to action - will be put into Dropbox file make space for it Downloadable ebook - see attached for ebook cover Must have AS SEEN IN icons that are linked to the media from the backend - see website [login to view URL] Must be content rich - see information in dropbox Date Coaching for Landing Page Must have 4 testimonials included - I will load these tomorrow Videos of previous Facebook videos - download through Dropbox When someone enters their details on the landing page it must link to Mail chimp for them to download the ebook and for us to capture their details.
