Build a customized online store with woocommerce

Project scope is very small, <10 pages and focuses primarily on mobile design with very specific requirements.
Needs wordpress/woocommerce developer to provide the following:
- theme suggestion that works with the following features (or can be developed by you or through available plugins)
- user registration with a "group" field that determines the proper contents to display after logging in
- calendar function (whole month view) that lets a user click on a date then a drop-down (or combo box) appears to let the user select (information will also be based on "group" type
- aggregated products addition (with "+" and "-" to change quantity of products)
- time-sensitive and time-triggered notification (email, text msg, chats) function that will ping specific users and/or clients at a certain time based on the order
- add the website link as a phone (ios/android) shortcut to phone's desktop
Some of more standard features:
- responsive, especially mobile-friendly and focused, as the user-base will be 90%+ on mobile
- swipe payment gateway integration
- one page view (or can be paged depending on design)
- user profile
- order history
- other standard e-commerce features
