IF I AM WRONG AND THIS FUNCTION ISNT ALREADY AVAILABLE , YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CREATE ONE. WE WANT TO ACTIVATE THIS FUNCTIONALITY WHERE A SITE VISITOR CAN PAY FOR LISTING THEIR PROPERTY. THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE LISTING OF THEIR PROPERTY. ONCE THEY LIST, WE WOULD HAVE TO APPROVE THE LISTING FIRST. IF THE PROPERTY IS ACCEPTED, THEN THE FUNDS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY TAKEN FROM THEIR CREDIT CARD. IF REJECTED, NO FUNDS WILL BE TAKEN.
