This is relatively small job, but I'm going for someone who can both design and build the page. I have a mockup of what I'm looking for - I couldn't imagine this taking more than 2-3 hours to complete (and I am looking to begin immediately). Budget is capped at $125. Here is an overview: 1. Foundation 3 Framework (all my stuff is in F3 - if you have experience in this area, we might have lots of work together) 2. Responsive, 3 break points 3. Full page background 4.
