Big Commerce template customization (New site)

Hi, I have a Big Commerce account which is not currently live. The site is aimed at Mens/Boys gifts so needs to have an edge but also easy to use. Before going live I want the current template modified in the following ways: 1. I want a customized template which is more appealing (Similar to - [login to view URL]) 2. I want the product categories to display on the side of the site instead of the top. 3. I want the carousel to be smaller more compact. 4. I want the product page template slightly customized. 5. Any modifications need to be within the template so the categories, webpages and products can still be updated with no extra programming. 6. Any other modifications to create a site similar and with the same functionality of the one in point 1. (I will provide my logo). 7. Will require your ongoing paid support for other similar websites so I require someone that is very familiar with Big commerce template designs. Basically looking for a long term freelance relationship. 8. Help to integrate the new template to the Big commerce site so it is ready to use. 9. This is a fixed price job for the above template customization, with an hourly rate for ongoing support. If you are going to PM me please provide examples of other Big commerce template designs you have completed. I will require a mock up website template homepage to approve before the design work starts so we both agree on what it will end up looking like.
