Developing the photo contest for Facebook business account

Hi, We are looking for the Company to develop and install the **photo contest** on our business Facebook account. With this contest Facebook users should have an option to upload their photos, vote for the best photos, comment on photos and win prizes for the first, second and third place ( the best photo ) The contest should have a menu ( aprox. 6-7 tabs ) like: contest details, enter contest, vote, about contest, prizes, terms , privacy etc. ** DO NOT SEND OFFERS NOT RELATED TO THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION ** - WE REPORT ALL SPAM AND ABUSE ** The contest must have terms and conditions tab ( we provide text for terms and conditions ) Some other features may be required as well.
