Hi, I am the president of [login to view URL] elearning for high school kids. I would need a professionnal in CSS and cross-compatibility to improve our site with IE 5.5, 6, 7 , 8 and 9 and even other browser as well, but the worst part comes from IE (internet explorer). The public website is php and the Intranet is in JAVA. S we want the best person to fit our standards and we could need this person for other stuff on the website. A person who is very good with photoshop and web design is a good thing as well. Futhermore, we already had payments online but we want to bring it up to a higher level of complexity and we have the idea of how to build it but we think we would want to keep paypal in our transactions. I'll wait for your answers.
