Convert PSD into a Shopify Theme

Basically need a website with 3 columns. See attached images for the layout. Use [login to view URL] as a base template, as it has a lot of things I want, I just don't like the header or product view page. Overview -I the layout like this [login to view URL] - lower the header, and keep the website contents within a white box. -menu of the left, top menu, logo and shopping cart on header -i like the product sizes and the way its shown in category view with the template mentioned above but with the category menu maybe with a background colour the menu should be collapsed, but once you click "bikes" bikes and its subcategory remain visible - so it should be like -Bikes - - Kids Bikes - - blue bikes - Camping - - tents HomePage - Homepage I want it like this, [login to view URL] (ignore the graphics, my site is much whiter and plainer) sidebar, image, 3-4 smaller images below, a banner below, featured products Category View - Category View - Left column is the navigation, middle is products (4 products per row), and right is a sidebar. Product View - Product view - similar to this [login to view URL] - basically picture, beside product options prices, and social widgets, below that block, product description, below that related items, below that comments sidebar to be like this [login to view URL] if its possible in shopify i want to display the top selling products for that category, similar to how bigcommerce does it. QUESTIONS -Can you do this? -how long will it take (i need to launch my site by the end of November 19th) -cost -can i see more of your work and references if you have any. Please advise at your earliest. Thank You
