Build a web gallery with option to buy for my website

I operate a brick-and-mortar quick print and t-shirt shop and have a huge library of digital images I'd like to make available through my website for printing on t-shirts using the PayPal API. I like the looks and feel of this gallery: [login to view URL] Reminds me of the iTunes slider. What I'd like using this gallery as a starting point is: - The addition of a 'Zoom' button below the gallery which creates an approx 2X floater box of the foremost image. - In the enlarged floater box, in a slim column to the right of the image the client is presented with some purchase options: sizes and quantities, and color of shirt. - The user can choose a quantity of available sizes (S,M,L,XL, XXL) before they click an 'ADD TO CART' button. It'd be great to display each size with a quantity field beside it to make it easy. - User also has an option for the color of the shirt. There would be a drop down selection showing a swatch of the color and the color's name. - Then, using a standard PayPal 'ADD TO CART' button. - At the top of the gallery, there should be a 'VIEW CART' button. - Pricing would be flat from 1-9 shirts but lower pricing if buying 10+ or 20+ PER DESIGN. - Once the user has created their order they click the 'VIEW CART' and then they are presented with an overview of their order allowing them to edit any quantities. - For shipping calculation, client chooses from a list of shipping options - store pickup, ground, 2-3 day express, next day. There will be a flat price calculated per shipment. First item will have a flat rate with additionals at half price. (eg. $8 ground for the first shirt then $4 each additional). - If in Ontario Canada, 13% tax will need to be added to the entire order including shipping. - Once a successful order has been placed, I receive an order confirmation via email outlining the details of the order. - To make things easy for me, I want it such that I can simply drop a file into a directory on my server where the gallery is hosted as I add images. Images will be low-res - probably 800x600 at most. - NO SWF please as I want this to work on iOS devices. - Gallery should optimize and self-adjust when loaded on a mobile, tablet, or PC. Swipe compatibility a bonus feature to implement to peruse the gallery. Needing this asap so hoping for a fast turnaround!
