I will like help and ideas how to implement a world wide website about cars, with 3 membership plans....

see attach picture of home page (design is not finish...maybe I will change it completely...but ...

I'm interested on the membership plan (paypal preferred)

and the admin for sellers and dealers

I will like ideas and a estimate cost for it...

right now I'm very low on budget (holidays)

If some of U like we can become partners,

I will like to start this project on March 1, and I want to be able to edit the pages (so a CMS will help
