Create Sleigh and Cutter Website Template

Design a wintery themed website template for [login to view URL] The number of menu items will be variable so it needs to have room so the menu items can increase or decrease a few. I am thinking of maybe a side menu that will float with the page, but if a top menu design can be made to fit all the menu items nicely then I would like that. I want an area for a small calendar to fit and a Facebook stream. This could be a block area on the side. I will probably want a block for a random gallery image here too. The logo can be found on the website... this will need to fit into the design. This is an annual winter festival. With the main event being a parade with horses and sleighs. Other events include an Ice Plunge (like the polar plunge), snowmobile drag race, kids hockey, Ice sculptures. The content on each page will vary a lot so the height must be variable and taken into consideration when designing and how the background flows behind it... Many images are available in the current website gallery. Please show me examples of your work (especially if it is similar to this). Graphical PSD and HTMl required
