Convert HTML to Wordpress website using Karma Theme

Job: Static HTML website converted to Wordpress:
The new Wordpress site should function EXACTLY like the HTML site.
1. Use existing design and convert to Wordpress (PSD’s will be provided)
2. Use the Karma by Themeforest [login to view URL] as the base theme. Modify the CSS to fit the PSD’s (I will supply the theme, XML content etc)
3. Create all header menus, footer menus, pages etc. URL's must be EXACTLY the same as current site. Use editable widgets for the Footer items (4 column)
4. Migrate all content for 17 pages (images, text) and move into Wordpress site. All page content must be editable i.e. NO HARD CODING of any content in theme template pages
5. Install Yoast Plugin and migrate metadata from existing HTML site to Wordpress site.
6. Recreate the simple enquiry form like the current one. Take note of the pop up when a check box is ticked.
7. Design an editable table for the game information on a page.
8. Install the site on my server & test.
50% payment on completion of the site on your server & tested. 50% payment for completion of site on my server & tested.
The 3 leading bids will be sent the current site for review.
