I have a +/- 15 page HTML site that is built using a main CSS for the layout and multiple static HTML pages for the content. The site needs to be converted to a Joomla Template that i can easily add to my Joomla installation. For now the installation of Joomla, the template and the import of content will be done by me. I will require the final product to be something i can easily install as a template, just like any other downloadable template.
