Backlinks and Indexed

Hi, I want theme based back links to a website AND for them to be indexed. Links will be with keyword anchor text. Please bid $30 and pm me how many back links you can provide for this amount for a start and how long it will take you to index them. Rules -------- PR4 + (web page not domain) Must be indexed and visible via the Google webmaster control panel No subdomains No duplicate domains No link farm websites Do follow links Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses Website must be English language Links must be permanent, active, never expiring or will have to be replaced We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable White hat techniques It is optional but an advantage to provide a sample back link so we can see the level of back link you provide.
