Design Two Website Mockups

I am a developer with a development firm that has two main division, consulting and maintenance. I need two website mockups designed and developed for these two divisions. To be clear, while it is one company each division has its own target market. I am seeking someone with a strong eye for branding and UI/UX to help develop these websites while I focus on client work. Preferably, you are someone who is available for ongoing work if this project goes well. You should be able to clearly differentiate between the needs and goals of the two divisions. The examples below are not provided as examples of what I like; they are solely so that you can get an understanding of what is working for my competitors and also get an idea of what it is my company actually does. We will discuss the things that I do and don’t like about these websites. Once we are done discussing my business at a high-level and the websites below via Hangout or Skype, I will provide you access to my website which is down but will give you an idea of previous branding. Please note that I will take my time to go over all of these details and ensure that we are on the same page before awarding this project.
