I need a top notch programmer for this project, you need to have atleast 8 years of programming experience involving PHP, AJAX, JAVASCRIPT, HTML, CSS... as a minimum. You need furthermore to have a VERY good understanding of online and offline Marketing as this is a website with tracking solutions similar to GOOGLE ANALYTICS - but unique for every user (freelancer, company - and individual (although individuals don't have the tracking solutions)). I don't want to see a random message upon bidding, that will simply not get my attention and for sure not a response. I want to see a personalized message that CLEARLY states that you have the experience mentioned above. I also want you to write the words *ACQUA DEVELOPER* in the top, which tells me that you have read all specs in this message. This is an ADVANCED project meaning no newbies PLEASE. Thanks for reading and not bidding if you lack experience. PS. All design has been done by external person, you just need to code it...
