Build an Online Store

Redesign Website Functionalities. 1- add Sign-up and login via facebook and Twitter 2- Add 4-5 Shipping Carriers additionally to those presents for real time rates. (shipping from USA locally and internationally works, but when the seller is located outside of the US, no shipping rate is acquired.(poste-canada, DHL, Aramex, Purolator, and 1 more carrier for european countries "suggest me") 3- Redesign the Footer area, in a way that i could add (small logo and images) ea: paypal, credit card, etc.....) and they should stack up next to each other (desktop or mobile platform wise) ...must implement an option in the admin area, when i can add and remove pictures for the footer area. 4- add a counter in the admin panel on the top, with 2 values (1- number of online persons, 2- number of online registered members). 5- from the admin panel, i can add "VALUES" to offline shipping methods, but when a seller select any type of offline payment, buyer should be able to provide informations to the seller, and once payment made and confirmed by the seller, the seller should go to his dashboard, and mark this payment as PAID. (open for suggestions regarding offline methods) 6-when a buyer checkout for a product where the seller request online payment methods, the buyer is automatically greeted with a thank you message, and a confirmation email is sent to both the buyer and the seller(without payment being done yet)...AFter that, the buyer have to go again to his purchases and click on the item to proceed with the payment ( Need to redirect this link to automatically go through the process when the seller is only using online payment methods, without the buyer to have to go back again to his purchases and pay) 7-in the sign up process, or when posting an item to bid, field where the user should select the date (duration), when you hover the mouse over the field area, the cursor becomes a "red stop sign" and the field is gray (even tho he can click it) i want it back to a white field, and with the regular mouse look. 8- in the members area, usually there is a left panel with all kind of options, and when you select any of them, typically you see the page opens up in the middle area of the page ( you can always see the left panel, and all the rest of the website, just the middle panel change)...but there is a button named : user verification, and when you click it, you loose the left panel and this force the user to have to click with his browser to the "back button". requesting a quote please for the following changes i would like to make + delivery time. feel free to browse the website, test it, and maybe come up with new ideas also that i didn't pay attention to. website: [login to view URL] Kindly be reasonable with your offers.
