Im looking for an app which acts as a marketplace for buyers and sellers. The app functions similarly to 'Etsy'. This app would need to allow sellers to upload a picture and description of their item, as well as a list price, and then have it uploaded to a page which lists all the current products for sale. On the other end, a buyer needs to be able to search for an item by (price, date-listed, condition, and various categories). Both sellers and buyers need to be able to create an account and profile, (buyers and sellers' accounts should be the same common account). Right now the app would just be for iphones, android and windows phones but I may need a website integration. Finally, the app would require a fairly sophisticated payment processor. The payment processor would need to accept a payment and hold it in the payment processor, (or some limbo that is neither in the sellers' nor the buyers' hands) and if the seller does not ship the item that he/she listed within 5 days the payment AND provide a tracking number (to serve as proof of shipment which prevents against fraud, and to locate and determine the status of the item) then the payment will be returned to the buyer and the transaction would be cancelled. The payment will only be sent to the sellers account once the item has been received on the buyers' end, and has been inspected and determined satisfactory. Of course there will be other features to be added along the way but this is the main idea of the app.
