ASP.Net Customer Service Website

I require a website to be built in ASP.Net. It will call all data from existing webservices using a RestFUL website JSON format. It will be about 8 pages in total, as described in the attached document. The webservices are defined online at [login to view URL] using the sections Client Login, Jobs, Maintenance and System. The final formatting is outside the scope of the project - skinning and tweaking will be done by the website owner. I will pay in 3 milestones. HTML screen designs - 30%, Working solution - 40%, Remainder 30% upon expiration of a 2 week warranty and user acceptance period. Project deadline is March 7.
