creating dynamic tabs using JS/AJAX/YUI

I need to create the multiple tabs on a page based on a dynamic list. Meaning if i have n number of elements in a list the i need to render n number of tabs on the page with a label and with corresponding details on click of each tab. In addition to this i need to show 5-6 tabs on the page by default and other hidden which can be visible on click of arrow left or arrow right.
